For OWHA Tournaments and Events, teams MUST register in the division/level which they are registered as with the OWHA. Failure to do so will result in your team being removed from the tournament at the teams expense (as per the Tournament Withdrawal/Removal Policy.

If your team wishes to play up a division/level, you MUST register in the division/level you are registered in with the OWHA and then send an email to gina@ggts.ca requesting to play up. As per the OWHA handbook, tournament hosts must first accept teams in their advertised OWHA category prior to accepting teams from a lower category.

Our accommodations provider is HTG Sports.
We have some blocks of rooms available.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton on Bell Blvd. is NOT
part of the program.   Any team securing accommodations at this hotel will be
removed from the event at their own expense.

Teams are required to utilize our provider.  Failure to do so will result in the team
being removed from the event at the team’s expense.
